SO HOW TO MAKE A BAKED LAMB CAKE?

Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Wash the lemon, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice. Thoroughly grease and flour the mould for the lamb.

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Place the egg yolks in a large bowl. Whisk them together with the sugar, water and lemon juice until foamy.

Stir in the cream and finally add the flour. Beat the egg whites into stiff snow and fold into the batter. Pour the batter into the mould, place in the oven and bake. Bake for about 45 minutes.
