Our story.

Just for fun, we released the drag & drop editor we'd spent years building for our own email marketing platform (Ecomail.cz) in summer 2017. The new product was called TOPOL. Thousands of customers were already using it as part of Ecomail, so the success was immediate.

Summer 2017
A fun experiment.
We shipped the editor we'd built for Ecomail just to see what would happen. Thousands of customers were already loving it.
First month
1,000+ new users.
Within its first month of being released, TOPOL got over 1000 new users and was at the top of Producthunt for many weeks.
The years after
Spun off as Topol.io.
The interest was big enough that we invested real time and resources into turning a fun side tool into a full product. Eventually we spun TOPOL off as a separate entity, Topol.io, to focus entirely on the email design experience.
Today
Top-ranked worldwide.
Topol.io is one of the top-ranked email editors in the world and is used by thousands every week. As an independent company, we can focus completely on email design and on our growing global customer base. And we never stopped having fun.
