Topol started as a side project. We built a drag & drop editor for our own email platform, Ecomail, and in the summer of 2017 we released it on its own, mostly to see what would happen. Over a thousand people signed up in the first month.

Nine years later, more than 40,000 companies design emails in Topol. Many of their customers never see our name, because the editor lives inside their product. We take that seriously: if our editor has a bad day, so does your product.

So we keep a few simple rules. Everything is hosted in the EU. Real people answer your questions. And we plan for the next nine years, not the next quarter.
